Marriott Full Service Hotel

Located in an urban environment Marriott Bellevue, the city’s first full service Marriott Hotel, is a branded conference hotel that spans a full city block. The 17-story hotel is located near such prominent businesses as Microsoft, the Meydenbauer Center and the University of Washington. It includes 384 guestrooms, 17 meeting rooms, and a total of 20,000 SF of meeting space.

Hotel amenities include the upscale M Club Concierge Lounge, a fitness center, an indoor pool, and Amuse Restaurant and Bar focusing on the region’s notable cuisine. The Hotel also offers 3 levels of underground parking.

MDP provided MEP design for the pursuit of LEED Silver certification.
