MDP designed full MEP for a new, 150,930 sq ft, 5-story affordable housing development in Westminster, CO. The building is approximately 40,530 sq ft and contains 6 two-story townhomes as well as lobby, and amenity space. Levels 2-5 are approximately 27,600 gross square feet and contain 118 residential units.
PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS:
-Wood construction over a concrete podium.
-Individual water heaters in each unit (Aquatherm).
-Ground floor retail, core and shell design.
